2025 Great Navy Campout | June 6-7 | NBVC Port Hueneme
NBVC MWR will once again participate in the annual Great Navy Campout sponsored by T-Mobile. This annual enterprise wide, summer long program encourages Navy families to get out and connect with nature and reconnect with family. The program includes locally orginized group camping events hosed by MWR and continues throughout the summer with the Pledge to Camp program.
NBVC Great Navy Campout Event
Camp out under the stars with Community Recreation this year's overnight group camping event is to be held at Stingers Park, NBVC Port Hueneme. Starting on the afternoon of Friday, June 6 and going through mid-morning Saturday, June 7. A host of scheduled activities are planned from fun family games, smores making, and a camping cooking class just to name a few.
Advanced registration is required along with a small registration fee per person. MWR is offering complimentray basic camping gear for families who don't persnally own any and would like to participate. Items are limited to stock on hand, first come-first served. Items available include tents, sleeping bags, sleeping pads.
Fees:
Active Duty or Spouse: $20
Dependents 5yr-11yr: $10
DoD Civilians / Retired: $23
Children ages 5yr-11yr: $13
Included Meals

At this time registration is in-person at the Port Hueneme Ticket Office (bldg 1167) or by phone at 805-982-4284.
