Point Mugu Gym is located at Bldg. 16 at Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu.

Open to Active Duty, Dependents (12 and older, 12-15 must be accompanied by an adult), DoW Civilians, and Retirees.  ID is required, 100% ID checks are enforced.

We feature state of the art fitness equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines, rowing machines, exercise machines, free weights and more.  An Indoor basketball/volleyball court and Aerobics area are available for use. 

Intramural sports leagues and tournaments are offered such volleyball, basketball, flag football, soccer, tennis, and softball throughout the year. Our Intramural leagues are open to everyone 18 years and up with regular base access. Fees may apply based on your status. Those looking for youth sports should contact the Child & Youth Programs for more information on youth sports.

Locker rooms for men and women are available which include showers, saunas, free daily lockers, and personal lockers available for a monthly fee (space is limited).
