Welcome to the NBVC Port Hueneme Liberty Program Center, CoffeeNet!

The Single Sailor Liberty Programs at NBVC Port Hueneme’s CoffeeNet and NBVC Point Mugu’s SurfNet provide alcohol-free facilities open to active-duty service members ages 18 to 25. Both centers are open daily and feature high-speed Internet, various gaming systems, TV lounges, pingpong, billiards, special events, tours and trips and more. At the CoffeeNet, special coffee, muffins, bagels, donuts and snacks are available.

The CoffeNet now welcomes all hands during our Community Recreation Hours. Everyone with base access is welcome to stop in and order coffee drinks & snacks. From a standard cup of joe to one of a kind speciality beverage our baristas can customise any drink order.

Liberty Program Trips & Activities

Some Liberty program trips and activities require advanced registration to participate. Please click HERE
