Welcome to Liberty at SurfNet at NBVC Point Mugu!

The Single Sailor Liberty Programs at NBVC Point Mugu’s SurfNet provide alcohol-free facilities open to active-duty service members ages 18 to 25. The center is open daily and features high-speed Internet, various gaming systems, TV lounges, Movie theater, Ping pong, billiards, special events, tours and trips and more.  

Trips and Activities

Some Liberty program activities and trips require advanced registration to participate, even if they are free.
